Powered by a mother’s love

My mother is obsessed with me.

Whatever I do she thinks I am the most incredible human in the world. This is so powerful because it makes me believe I can do whatever I set my mind to.

If instead, my mother was judgemental, I might get stuck seeking the approval of this one person. This would have been so limiting. I would have been confined by the fears and beliefs of one person, be it the person who gave birth to me.

Because my mother is obsessed with me, I feel like if I am that important to her, I have a huge responsibility. Which is also a little scary! So, I learned to live with fear and do what scares me.

Having the unconditional love of a parent is incredibly empowering! Because I have that I don’t need anyone’s approval.

I can be bold, daring and responsible all at the same time.
